Who We Are

Middle River Terrace in Fort Lauderdale is the area bordered on the north by the south shore of the South Fork of the Middle River, on the east by the Florida East Coast Railway abutment, on the south by the north side of Sunrise Boulevard and on the west 125’ east of the center line of NE 4th Avenue.

Our Mission

The purpose of the MRTNA shall be to improve the quality of life in Middle River Terrace by:

 

  • Fostering an environment of diversity, compassion, inclusiveness and innovation.
  • Fostering respect for the contributions and opinions of all members.
  • Promoting prosperity for the members of our neighborhood.
  • Promoting safety, security and the beautification of our neighborhood.
  • Promoting projects and events beneficial to our neighborhood.
  • Promoting knowledge of, understanding of, and importance of adherence to municipal and county codes.
  • Promoting economic development that is consistent with our purpose as stated here.
  • Cooperating with government officials and local organizations, exchanging ideas, discussing problems and finding actionable solutions that will benefit and address the concerns of the neighborhood.
