The Middle River Terrace Neighborhood Association championed this issue and Laura and I made presentations to all city commissioners and I spoke to the Board of the MPO at their meeting,(Broward County Metropolitan Planning Organization) with ideas on how the Quiet Zones could be implemented, and how it is now being done…..
