Please contact members of the Florida Senate and urge them to Oppose SB 1128! This is legislation that is coming before the Senate Innovation, Industry and Technology Committee on Monday January 13th at 1pm. This legislation would preempt our City from taking action on Vacation Rentals — decisions about our issues with short term vacation rentals would be ceded to the State. We voted against this same legislation last year; it is being brought up again.
