A project held by the Middle River Terrace Improvement Club and paid for by the 13th Street Alliance
The event included residents from Middle River Terrace, South Middle River, and also help from Mayor Jack Seiler and John Bertino, Community Liaison for our County Commissioner Tim Ryan.
