We are proud to announce that our recent membership drive has been a great success! We have surpassed last years membership total and are currently at approximately 80 paid members. We continue to get memberships in the mail and are looking forward to even higher numbers. It is not to late to get your membership in. Your membership helps to promote improvements within our community. MRTNA is the only association in our neighborhood that is officially recognized by the City of Fort Lauderdale. We are designated a “Neighborhood” (not just a Homeowner) Association, which encourages everyone to be involved and to help make Middle River Terrace a better place to live. When you become a member, you will be a partner in the community, with full access to our webpage and email messages with important time sensitive information. Meet your neighbors, provide input, and vote on important issues. A full year’s membership is just $25 which includes (2) members per household. For a mere 48 cents per week, your membership helps keep the good work going! If you haven’t yet sent in your membership, please consider joining us. To join simply click on the “membership” tab at the top of the page where you can register and pay your membership dues via PayPal. If you prefer, you can send your check for $25 (includes two members in a household) to Middle River Terrace Neighborhood Association, P.O. Box 4561, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33338. If you have additional members in your household, they too can be added to your membership for a mere $10 each. Along with your check please include your name, address, phone and email as well as the names of each paying member.
