HOLIDAY SANITATION SCHEDULE

The City of Fort Lauderdale does not provide solid waste collection services on December 25.  Residents whose normal collection day for garbage, yard waste, and recycling would be Thursday, December 25, 2014, will receive service on their next regularly scheduled day.Bulk trash collection for residents whose regular pickup schedule is the fourth Thursday of the month will receive service on Monday, December 29, 2014.

Scheduled service will not be affected for residential garbage, yard waste and recycling.Bulk trash collection for residents whose regular pickup schedule is the fourth Friday of the month will receive service on Tuesday, December 30, 2014. (Residents who utilize contracted bulk pickup services will not be affected.)

New Year’s Day – Thursday, January 1, 2015       All solid waste services will be provided on New Year’s Day.
