Certified Wildlife Habitat Project
Do It Yourself or get 1 FREE June 20th at Feldman Park
Here is an easy way to help the City of Fort Lauderdale become a Certified Wildlife Habitat. Get your garden or apartment terrace certified as a Wildlife Habit. You need four things to be certified.
Create a Wildlife Habitat
Step 1 – Provide Food
Step 2 – Supply Water
Step 3 – Create Cover
Step 4 – Give Wildlife a Place to Raise Young
You may already have everything you need to be certified. You can do it on your own or come to the Flagler Village Night Owl Market on Friday, June 20th at Feldman Park, NE 3rd Avenue and NE 6th Street. The event is 5 – 11 pm but come early to get your free ready to go Certified Wildlife Habitat pot and certification certificate. The pot can go on your terrace or in your yard and it comes with the $25 certification already paid. The number of pots is limited, so please come early.
