The Middle River Terrace Board of Directors will volunteer to educate neighbors and distribute Hurricane Readiness kits for free.
One Free Hurricane Readiness Kit for each MRT household will be distributed at the end of Middle River Terrace General Meeting on July 14 (quantities are limited).
This initiative was made possible thanks to the city of Fort Lauderdale Ready Day event and Middle River Terrace Neighborhood Association BOD members, to make sure that you, your neighbors, family, and friends are ready for hurricane season!
Special guests will answer your hurricane preparedness questions:
- Warning Coordinator Meteorologist from the National Weather Service, South Florida Forecast Office.
- Broward County emergency Dept.
Please join us for food & drinks, pick up your free hurricane kit and meet the new Middle River Terrace Board of Directors (it ‘s election day!).
