A ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the new Middle River Terrace Dock was held on Halloween. Commissioner Trantalis acknowledged the significant effort invested by the Public Works Department. We are very grateful to the City and to Senior Project Manager Marlon Lobban and Deputy Director Alan Dodd for making the new dock a reality.
